Serious or not!?

My beardie Charlie ate so much!! His belly is really hard now.. And he seems sleepy and really slow!!
I don't think he is impacted because he poops lots!!
What can I do to help his little tummy!?
I don't want him to feel sick!!

How often does he normally poo and when was the last time he poo'd?

I forget the type of worm... Meal worms maybe? Like 8... And then like 15 ish large crickets and he poops lots.. Every day.. And he pooped after he ate.
His tummy was just.so hard!!

Is it still hard?

Could it have been because he puffed up and inflated himself with air?

How old is your dragon?

Mealworms aren't a very good thing to feed.

I'm not sure if it's still hard.. It just kinda looked like a boulder.. He was so round underneath as well.
I kept giving him.warm baths to see if it would help and he.just sat in it with his eyes closed!
I'll check on him this morning to see how he's doing
And what kind of worms are good to feed other than crickets. I'm not sure if he's big enough fir super worms yet...

Silkworms, butterworms, BSFL varieties, dubia roaches, and hornworms are ok.
