My 6' girl (i think its a girl) is scratching and rubbing her head at the glass but it looks like she is trying to dig. Should i get her a digging box? She looks like she is also getting ready to shed, could that be why.

How old is she?

Is she rubbing more than scratching/digging? If so, then it's because she's getting ready to shed. If she's scratching at the floor as if she's trying to dig to China, then it could be attributed to her wanting/needing to lay.

Have you sexed your beardie? You can do that simply by lifting up her tail until you can see her vent, then check the area right above it (on the tail part) for either 1 bump (girl) or 2 (boy).

My lizard is only 7 to 8 weeks old and its still to hard to tell whether its a boy or a girl. It is more scratching, but only at the glass (maybe he/she is trying to escape)

If it is a girl does she need a male lizard to have eggs or should i not have to worry?

Thanks

She's glass dancing...It's either because she wants out with you, or she's just jittery.

No, she does not need to have a male in order to lay eggs. Any female dragon could lay eggs, (without a male they will be infertile.) While some females do that, others don't. It's all a matter of the female and what her body puts her through.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
