New Uro - Pistachio

Ordered a Moroccan Uromastyx from Deer Fern Farms a couple weeks ago. He's actually grown a bit since delivery. Enjoy!

Awww, young still, how old do you know?

Definitely under a year. I'd place him at about 6 months.

Great looking little one. Do the Moroccan's get bigger then Saharan's?

They should. Apparently they can grow up to 16" long.

How did you feel Deerfernfarms was from a business standpoint? Were they helpful with any questions you had about pistachio before you bought him? How was he shipped?

I was very happy with Deer Fern Farms. In fact, I even spoke with Doug on the phone prior to receiving Pistachio. He talked to me about the tank setup, etc. to make sure everything was right. I got the impression that they were only willing to sell Uro's to people who seemed qualified.

As for the shipping, there were no problems. Pistachio arrived in a sort of tiny pillowcase inside of a larger box. Didn't seem like he could've shifted much. It was probably like a really long night to him.
