losing power

So I lost power today during the day and I put on flashlights on top of his tank so that he knew it was not night time. It was only for like 10 minutes but what does everyone else do when the power goes out?

Depends on the temperature. We lost power a few months ago, and it was CHILLY outside, and inside. So I held my beardie against me to keep her warm.

Some people will wrap handwarmers in a towel and put them under their beardie.

If the power goes out during a summer thunderstorm, I don't think I will need to do much.

Yea I wasn't worried about the heat because the temps was 94 but I was trying to see about lighting so he didn't think it was time for sleep

ive had it happen in the middle of winter, and we were told it would be off all night. I slept (lightly) next to a small heater to keep her warm, whilst monitering the temps. It all depends on the temp of the room, how long its off for etc.
