My first female, and first time i have had eggs. They are infertile but still exciting. 23 eggs were laid. Her nose is rubbed a little raw, is this normal and what if anything do i need to do to help it heal?

This can be normal, but it's most likely from the digging... As a lot of times the females will accumulate a pile of dirt on top of their nose/head, and if she's really active a little chaffing can happen. So if it is raw, give her another bath and make sure she drinks as much as she needs, let her soak and relax for a while. Then towel her off, and gently remove as much dirt from her head and nose as possible, and any Triple Anti-Biotic Ointment will work just fine. From what I've seen and read what ever works for humans for healing cuts seems to work just fine with reptiles of all species!

I hope this helps and have a wonderful day!
