fancy bearded dragon

hi i was looking into getting a fancy bearded dragon i have a 40 gallon breeder tank is that big enough

Fancy? Yes, a 40 Breeder is the min for an adult.

"Fancy" Is the term used by the major Petstores to describe any kind of beardie they feel is different from the others so they can sell it to you for more money. Usually they're just leatherbacks and I'm not a big fan of those so I would either stick to the cheaper ones or find a local breeder to sell you one. You would probably end up paying the same as the "Fancy" ones they have at whatever store you saw them at and you could get a much cooler looking morph.

I only Paid $60 for mine and he is turning out to be a pretty vivid little guy. His yellow is starting to show more and more everyday.

I agree with the above post. I bought my male from a big chain petstore, they don't look "fancy" at first, but they will surprise you. Look at before and after pics...

I was actually trying to say not to get at a Petstore but he is a nifty little guy. Mine is not that yellow yet he is only I would say about 8 months old so still plenty or growing to do. I got mine from a reptile expo where they had about 30 different beardies and I bought the one I got because he just wouldn't leave me alone i tried playing with a few others but each time he ran up and wanted to be held instead so I decided to pick him.

thank you my son wants on but right we have two leopard geckos in the forty gal breeder tank i could move them back to the twenty gal i will think about it

i don't know if it female or male
it is 3 or 4 months old
named it jessie
