Baby food is fine as long as its stage one. Most baby foods only stay good for one or two days after you open the jar.

I never heated any baby food I used. If you do though make sure it cools down back to room temperature before you feed it to your beardie.

basically stage one, (diffent brands call it different things) is just squash and water, nothing else, the later ones have other ingredients in them you dont want
