whats more filling for a bearded dragon Locust or crickets?

so yeah Mushu doesn't like crickets anymore and prefers locust so whats more filling out of locust and crickets of the same size?

They would both be equally filling if their the same size i suppose...
I would recommend crickets, however, because locusts have a harder shell and are harder to digest. Maybe he doesn't like them as much, but he will learn to like them again.
