noticed today that gizmos urate had a slight little orangish color at the end of urate. is that dehydrated? I didn't think about snapping a pic till I flushed his poo.

also is it bad to force feed water? half a cc twice a day?

Possibly but not necessarily. Don't force feed water. It's OK to offer extra by dripping some on his nose and if he licks it up, that's fine. I'd leave it up to him.

I have been dropping water on his snout for 6 months and he won't take it.

Then he may not need extra hydration.

That happens from time to time. Sometimes it could indicate hydration but not necessarily. It may not indicate a problem at all. It's best to look for trends rather than one off things.

Yes, and that does look like a very dry poop. Is that fresh or has it been sitting for a while? Thanks for posting the photo. Does it frequently look like that or is this a one off thing?
