Tail rot or just coloring?

I'm not sure if he has tail rot or it's just how his tail is colored. Can someone help? I'm just paranoid about it :/

I don't seen any injury to the tail.

Without an injury, new or pre-existing, tail rot is basically impossible.

Dragon tails can darken for a multitude of reasons just like the rest of their bodies.

My beardies tail has always been a few shades darker than the rest of him, but it sheds like normal and there's no sensitivity, he's just got a weird coloring.
