Possible tail rot?

Hello! Meet my baby goosh Bert, shes 4 (almost) very active and otherwise very healthy. A month ago she needed to be spayed :(, they pointed out afterwards that she may need surgery on her tail (which took me by surprise as her tail has had this kink for about a yearish) they said it could worsen with infection or fall off and fix itself. Ive been giving her betadine soaks (affected area only) since 3/24/24 and my worry increases that shell need surgery again. Part of me wants to say that tiny white spot is callus forming but the rest of me is a worry freak about her. So here i am asking for insight. Ive seen many pictures and forum posts, some of which look similar, but to my eye i see no rot on her. Also extremely doubtful about any infections as i keep her and her habitat incredibly clean along with her having been on antibiotic shots since the surgery (2/26/24) with her last shot remaining being in a couple days. Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you for taking your time for the read

The tip does look a little shriveled but it doesn't look dead. I would keep a very close eye on it and see what it does.
I had a dragon that lost the tip, it dries out, turned black and broke off.
If it starts spreading up the tail take her back to the vet, otherwise I'd do the soaks and just watch it.

Thank you for the input! I know tail rot is dark and grey looking. The whole thing has be skeptical since they didnt offer to do the surgery while she was already under anestia so it feel like a cash grab from the hospital as she has had this a while. Only thing that has me so worried is that one lighter/white spot However that could just be healing progression. looking for some clarity

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
