Tail rot question.

Hello,
My bearded dragon poppy finally laid all of her eggs, but now she seems to have tail rot. Is this at a level I can treat at home with iodine and neosporin, or is this an emergency vet visit? I really hoping to be able to treat it because she has been to the vet so much lately.

Def. needs amputated. It won't be traumatic for her and she should bounce right back.

Yeah, sorry to give you that news because no matter how small the operation it's always a worry for us to leave our scaly friend with someone else like this. And the added cost of course.
