Tail rot question.

Hello,
My bearded dragon poppy finally laid all of her eggs, but now she seems to have tail rot. Is this at a level I can treat at home with iodine and neosporin, or is this an emergency vet visit? I really hoping to be able to treat it because she has been to the vet so much lately. :(

Yeah, sorry to give you that news because no matter how small the operation it's always a worry for us to leave our scaly friend with someone else like this. And the added cost of course.

She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
