You'd have to get a culture taken (or in extreme cases a lung lavage) from the vet to know for sure, but generally, symptoms can include lethargic behavior, lack of appetite, weight loss, thick mucous buildup around the nose and mouth, bubbles coming from the nose.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
