Mouth Rot?

Hey, it’s me again. I just noticed my little guy has this in the corner of his mouth and wanted to be sure it wasn’t anything dangerous.

He’s fine to move around and doesn’t limp, and he’s not being lethargic— he’s still basking but he’s not eating as much

For sure? Sorry I just now got back to this. His beard is a little black but I’m not sure if this is a bad sign or just natural coloration.
