Yellow fungus or??

Hey all. No surprise it’s me lol. Anyways, I noticed some minor yellow coloration on my girl. Top of her nose and a little on her arm. Didn’t see anywhere else, checked her belly and all that, seems normal. But just wanted to be sure as I’ve heard of yellow fungus, and just wanted to check if this could possibly be it or not? She’s a rescue just got her a couple of days ago. Poor thing has MBD and is underweight. She seems like she’s got a bit of a deformed face somewhat, I’m guessing from MBD also

That appears to be old skin or upcoming shed in those areas. Otherwise, she is beautiful!
