She sleeps in my hand a lot.

oh, and she is shy...hehe

She is about 2 months old, I haven't measured her yet.
She loves going around town with me!

Pretty much just in my hands.
Although, I really haven't noticed if she does it other times.

I just never had a young dragon sleep in my hands allot, unless it was bedtime or past, and that was only one of my dragons (Des).
Is she otherwise very active?

Yeah, she does sleep in my hands or on my shoulder a lot..
Actually, she really isn't that active.
I think she is a little slow in the brain,
either that or didn't get treated right by the breeder.

I don't know how she is : (
she lives at my boyfriends house (technically she is his)
but I am sort of worried about her...
before work he turned off her basking light
because he was afraid it was gonna burst and burn down the house.
I got angry and told him she needed it but he was too far from the house to his work.
She's gonna be without it for 8 hours today and that worries me...

That is not good, especially for a young dragon. I think she may be closer to 4 months old though from her size. Is her back bent? Or is does she just lay like that?

No, she just curls up a lot.
When she is basking she usually lays straight.
I think she doesn't like having her back to people,
I don't either lol

Yeah I know its not good, I just hope she is ok.

She needs to have a basking light over her for around 12 hours a day. I have five enclosures all have basking lights on all day while I am at work. The most common thing that happens it that the bulb will die just like any other light. Never really heard of a bulb bursting into flames?
