LMAO!!!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has to do that! I do this daily for my girl Bella who is blind, and yes, the creepy things continue to wiggle, the legs keep moving.... EWWWWWWWW! What we do for our babies!

OK all, I combined my 2 bins into 1 large bin today and have a few pics to share. The first one is for all of you who have been nagging me to pick one up (***cough cough Lance, cough cough*** and a few others!) So, here it is! I picked up a huge adult female today, with my rubber gloves on! This is as good as it's gonna get! I was still creeped out (had that crawlie feeling for a good 1/2 hour afterwards) cause I could feel it's legs grabbing the glove!!!!!!!!! :puke:

Take note, THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!! LOL

And a few pics of the large 30 gal bin. This was after emptying just one of the two bins! There are tons, and tons of babies and adults in there! The second bin had just as many or more!

And for those of you who have never seen the B. Fuscas (dwarf cave roaches) heres a couple.
(I got these from Marcus at AFexotics, a few adults and mixed nymphs and this colony is just beginning to take off). The nymphs look very similar to dubias, however the large fusca nymphs are as big as the adult dubia females. These are actually considered a collector roach (WHY??LOL) and the adults are enormous! Twice the size of an adult dubia.
There are actually a bunch of smaller nymphs under the egg crates:

And here is one of the adults (no idea if it's male or female as I believe both have the large wings and I'm not looking any closer to figure it out!!!!)

Notice my handy tweezers grabbing it? It took a minute to catch one of the big ones, they are also considerable faster than the dubia! Thankfully, they don't seem to be able to climb!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
