Help something hanging out of his butt

Jengo just pooped and it was kind of bloody, now he has something hanging out of his butt. It looks like a long dry piece of skin. The vets are closed so I need some advise.

After some searching, it seems it was a sperm plug, that I was able to gently remove.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
