Hi, it's best to get a length that covers about 2/3 of the length of the tank, that way your beardie can escape the UVB for a little while if he prefers too.

Yep, probably a 24" would work best for the size of your enclosure, 18" may be too small and 36" would cover almost the length of your tank.
