You CANNOT and SHOULD NOT ever judge temperature/humidity off of feel/looks. I HIGHLY recommend getting a temp gun like :https://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Lasergrip-774-Non-contact-Thermometer/dp/B00837ZGRY/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1545687513&sr=1-4&keywords=temperature+gun since it's very accurate and portable in regulating your enclosure's temperature. For now, I'd wait for a digital thermometer or the temperature gun and try to compensate the temperature by seeing your dragon's actions. If he seems to stay under the light a lot and is inactive, it's probably not hot enough. If he seems to avoid the light and is inactive, it's probably cooking your dragon. Just watch his appetite and behaviors for any signs of lethargy while you wait for your new thermometers. Best wishes and merry christmas!
