I keep seeing posts that list a fluorescent fixture from Walmart that is under $20 US for the t10 Reptisun bulb but I can't figure out which one it is online. Anyone able to provide a link?

I would avoid using the walmart under counter fixtures. They don't include reflectors which are important to have with a T8 light. Depending on the size of your tank (and distance from the light to the basking area) you might be better off using a higher output T5 light and fixture.

^this. The only place not to skimp is lighting. T5 fixtures cost more but the lights last twice as long, you'll make up the difference in 6-12months.

Right now I have an 18" t5 HO on my 20 long. I was going to move that into the crossfire enclosure until I find the right hood to replace it. Figure I need a 3 foot

If it's 18'' then it's more likely the T8 which is OK in a small enclosure. When you move to a crossfire I highly recommend the T5 as I mentioned before because they have an output that is better suited to the larger enclosure. A 22'' (24'' fixture) mounted over the basking area should do the trick nicely.
