eye damaged and not sure what from?

My beardie, godzilla has been closing one of his eyes. I looked at it and it looks like it is scratched kinda but it is hard to see. Any suggestions ? help please :?

Try artificial tears; he may just have something stuck in there.
If that doesn't work, you may want to post more info about your tank setup, and pics of the eye also.

Artificial tears are merely over-the-counter eye drops that mimic natural tears for rewetting the eye. You can buy them at any supermarket or drug store. Any brand is fine. They are very safe.
