Using hot water is your best bet if you are doing a full cleaning. I would not use any kind of household cleaner, especially those with bleach or any harsh chemical. Dawn dish soap should be alright if you rinse, rinse, rinse.

If you are doing small, routine cleanings inside the tank, I recommend either using a dampened paper towel for the walls of the terrarium. Just never use any kind of chemical or cleaner around your beardie, and you should be okay.

A diluted solution of bleach or ammonia is okay for disinfecting IF you keep your dragon away from the fumes, and rinse reallyreally well and air it out afterwards until the smell is completely gone.
A lot of people use this stuff- http://www.reptiza.net/beardeddragon.co/index.php?route=product/product&path=73&product_id=249. It doesn't have a strong smell, it kills coccidia (which bleach or soap does not do), and won't kill your skin if you accidentally splash a bit on yourself.

Personally, I "spot clean" poops with a vinegar/water solution, and disinfect every week or so with the pink cleaner that I linked. Steam works really well too, if you have a steam cleaner :)

I wipe up the vinegar/water area with a damp paper towel after I'm done, and it takes the rest of the vinegar smell away :) I have non-adhesive shelf liner in my big guy's viv though, which is pretty easy to wipe off since it doesn't absorb anything.
And I know the pink cleaner says you don't need to wash the tank or items afterwards unless you're using it on food dishes, but I always rinse everything anyways. Just in case! :)
For the repticarpet, you can either put it in the washing machine with some laundry detergent on a Heavy Duty/Hot cycle, or rinse it off and soak it in a bucket of whatever cleaner you choose.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
