Ate unknown bug

Nami ate what I think was a bug, not really sure what kind tho, and I'm concerned it could've been something harmful. It's been about an hour and she seems fine so idk if I should be worried or not. Is there anything I should do?

If it's been an hour, she is most likely going to be fine. Do you have any idea what it might have been at all? Where was it found? Did you see the bug at all?

It was in the living room. My only guess is a stink bug as that's the only bug I've seen in the house recently. I only saw it after she had it chewed up so I couldn't tell what it was
