40 Gallon?

I just got a 40 gallon tank, would it be big enough for 1 full grown adult bearded dragon? i dotn know what to do!

Is it a 40 gallon BREEDER? or just a 40 gallon?
If it is a breeder tank than that is the bare minimum for an adult beardie so it should be fine for an adult. A regular 40 gallon will not be big enough.

im pretty sure its a breeder. its the same one as my turtle tank and that is a breeder. I got it as a reptile tank and all it says is 40. the demnsion are 38x18

Yes. That's a breeder tank. That is fine for one adult beardie.

whats the difference between a 40 gallon and a 40 gallon breeder?

The breeder is 18 inches wide.
the regular one is 15.5 inches wide. The first 40 gallon we bought was 36"X15.5". Then we found one for sale on craigs list and it was 36" X 18". That's why we went to get another one when we found it for sale. It's great, we had been looking for months not finding anything larger than a 20 gallon, I already had that one, needed one larger, then we find 4 for sale within a 3 month period.
