I don't beleive it's true, cause we still have to ship/move pets just like anyone else would on a move from country to country. My thing is, if I bought a eastern bearded dragon...then I move two years later...will I have to provide proof of purchase/country of origin type things? Anybody more...

I love the eastern dragons...get one that is as close to solid black as possible. Well time to start researching the laws on taking pets back to the states if I buy them in Germany

So I sold Marvin since I am deploying for a year.............it sucked but it was better for him. I have found out my follow-on assignment, and it's Germany. Does anyone know the rules and laws for owning reptiles there? Just wanted to get some knowledge a year ahead of time. Thanks...

I use exclusively slate tile. It's easy to clean up, looks good, and you never ever have to worry about impaction

I'd put a towel, or something between the two tanks so they can't see each other. But good job on spliting them...maybe we can see some photos of the little guys/girls...? Pretty please...? :wink:

You should...or at the least bit Reptile Magazine should do a piece on you. The newest edition had an article on another two headed beardie, but not as old as Z&W. I'd definitley buy a copy of the book

I had to sell my beardie marvin. I just got picked up for a one year deployment so that would be a tad long to have someone babysit him. Hopefully when i get back and find out where i'll be stationed, I can start the beardie adventure all over again. But I'll miss the little bugger... :cry...
