Please send a picture of your set up. Following that what kind of uvb do you have and where is it located? What are the temps of the tank and how old is your beardie?

Ok you want to get a T5 10.0 24 W I use reptisun. You want to sit the probe on top of the platform instead of it hanging over. You also need to change the sand if it’s calcium sand. If you wanna change to non loose substrate tile and non-adhesive shelf liner is good. Considering he’s 5 years and has had a coil he could be showing signs of early MBD you need to get that linear uvb ASAP. Your basking needs to be 100-105 if it doesn’t reach that get a higher wattage bulb but don’t do that until you change the place of the thermostat probe. If you need more help I have a small care guide for newbies that you can check out.

Surface basking temps should be 95-100 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer --- I can recommend 3 good UVB's if you need the links please ask -- in the meantime get rid of the coil and take him outside for some good UVB-- have him sit on your for 15 minutes or so or place him in a plastic tote NO lid -- watch him - you can set him in direct sun or if its really hot partial sun/ shade - but he needs sunlight for 15 min or so -- do not leave him you dont want to over heat him especially if its really hot there - do this till you get the UVB installed in your tank

Thank you! Please send the care guide. Does he need calcium supplementation?

How do I know if he’s overheated? He turns light? Did I cause him to be overheated?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
