Getting into fights cause someone says my beardie is ugly.

Man that really ticks me off. I can't stand it when someone says that about my beardie.

How can a beardie be ugly? I saw a rescue beardie a the pet store with an under bite and calcium def. Be was still a little cutie. X3


When your friends are over and you make your friends wash their hands before and after they hold your beardie.
When you spend most of your time and money building a new viv for them.

Also, I would never have even considered messing with bugs until I got my beardie. I handle a bunch of different creepy crawlies just for her. ;~;

I babysit my landlord's kids a few times a week. The first thing they do when they come downstairs is wash their hands and ask to hold the lizard. And they know to wash their hands after, too, now
The older one is asking questions I have to look up the answers to... Lol.

-when you go to an organic grocery store for your Beardies greens & people there tell you how important it is to eat healthy and you just nodd even though you´re only there for your Beardie and your own body gets all that junk food

-when your boyfriend checks on you, sees you on beardeddragon.org and says" Oh that site again.You and that site.Everytime I hear you typing youre on there."

-when you tuck your Beardie in every night and sing "Soft Beardie", which is actually "soft kitty" (Big Bang Theory) but I changed the lyrics a little bit.

-when everything has to get done before or after feeding time. I hate just being 10 minutes behind feeding schedule cause I think my Baby is waiting.

-when at beddy bye time the TV has to be turned down that far that you sometimes cant even understand the dialog anymore.

-when you rather skip breakfast and cuddle with your "still a little bit sleepy so Im all cuddely" Dragon before you go to work.

when you haven't seen them in 2 weeks, because they were with their god-parents until power got restored, and you don't put them down for the rest of the day when you see them again. and have them sleep next to your bed that night.

You know you're a beardie slave when you would rather stay home all day with your reptile than go out with friends or boyfriend because your beardie looks sad. (Good thing he understands <3)

...when you're late for work everyday because you make sure your beardie gets the proper breakfast and bath/potty time in the morning even though you don't have anytime to put make up on or even eat...
