How large is your enclosure? You want the UVB strip to be 1/2 to 2/3 the length of your enclosure. So if you are using a 36" enclosure (minimum recommended for an adult), an 18" UVB would be the minimum length. You might want to consider going up to a 24". I have the ZooMed hood that was allegedly specifically designed for use with ReptiSun 10.0 bulbs, because someone posted on here a while back about not all 24" fixtures having sufficient ballasts to handle the High Output bulbs.

The 30" accommodates a 24" bulb. If you want to stick with an 18" bulb, you can get the 20" fixture.

As for a heat bulb, you can use any clear incandescent household bulb. There is no need to buy a pet branded "basking" bulb. As for wattage, that's going to depend on your set-up and temps. I personally like having a dome with a dimmer so I can dim/brighten the bulb to fine tune my temps. I don't see the one I have on the petmountain site. I got mine at PetSmart:
