I'm thinking about switching and I'd like to know why you need phosphorus-free calcium dust as opposed to as the kind with phosphor. Or was it vitamin D3 that you need not use?

You want a phosphorus-free dust when using either bulb.....but, when using a MVB you want straight calcium w/out D3. The reasoning behind that is because with a MVB a dragon can produce enough D3 that it is no longer needed to be supplimented.

Would it hurt my dragon if I have D3 calcium?
