can anyone help me I can’t ask any questions in the form and I have tried even asking for help and no one even replies to my emails for help.

When you open the forums window look for the green button at the top that says new post (I'll post photos) Once you click that button acwindow will open to pick a subject, select the one that best fits your needs. The next window will have "discussion" and "question" at the top. Pick which one you want. Give the tread a name (also at the top of the last window) and post at the bottom after you type your message or question.

or if you are on a browser and not a phone you would find that same new post button, click it, select which forum section, choose discussion or question, and go from there.
