what can a bearded dragon eat
Bearded dragons need to eat a variety of live bugs and veggies, considering they are omnivorous. This site:
http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html can help you find which veggies are good and bad. There is also a lot of care info on that site too. Live bugs beardies can eat are crickets, roaches, and soft bodied worms (hornworms, silkworms, phoenix worms, butterworms). Waxworms can be used as a treat as they are high in fat. If the beardie is over 16 inches, you can try superworms which are not soft bodied. Avoid mealworms though. Duke loves hornworms, silkworms, and butterworms very much.

whens the next feeding a every day a week a month
It depends on the age of the beardie, as juveniles they should be getting live bugs everyday dusted with calcium and multi vitamins. Rep cal is the brand I use and there is a chart to how much to dust on the link I gave you. Also, juveniles should be getting veggies everyday as well. Duke loves collard greens, that is his staple. When they get older, you can start feeding them live bugs every other day or so but you still need to offer a big, green salad everyday as well.

and how much do you feed them if the food?
Well, really you should feed them as much as they can eat in 10-15 minutes for crickets or roaches. I hand feed Duke worms so I give him about 4-5 worms (if they are hornworms or silkies as those are usually 1-2 inches) and 7 or so butterworms.
Hope this helps!
