What size Repti-Sun 10.0 tube would you recomend for a 40 breeder.

One last question that I forgot to ask.
how often should I change the uvb tube style bulbs

It's recommended that you change the bulbs every 6 months, And for the size, it should span 2/3 of the tank (That's what I've read) Hope I helped

change them every 6 months. ummm....well that depends on what fixture you have. if you dont even have that yet then i would say around 1/2 to all of it. the most important is covering the basking spot. they spend most of their time there and absorb more uvb when hot than when cold.
