uv lights?

i have a basking light and a uvb light the right one. i was wondering if i have to put a uv light with those 2 lights or not thank you

I am a little confused.Do you mean do you need an additional UVB light or are you asking about UVA?Either way the answer is no all you need is a basking bulb and a proper UVB(linear reptiSUN or MVB for example).

If u go with the standard method of lighting...u will need 2 lights total.

1) UVB light - It is recomended to purchase the ReptiSun 10. It is the long tube (not coil) & it should stretch across the entire length of the top of the enclosure.

2) basking light - u can purchase a basking bulb @ any pet shop or u can use a regular house hold light, just as long as the temps are accurate.


Or u can just purchase one Murcury Vapor Bulb (as the person above stated). This bulb provides both heat & uvb.
