Toothless neck

So my bearded dragons his name is toothless is swollen looking and it started three days ago has me truly worried about my buddy the second one is before the first is what it looks like now please help I just want to cry

Is his beard/neck hard or soft and squishy? What has he been eating?

Dragons can store food in their throats like that, it's not uncommon.

How is he acting? Is your husbandry up to par?

It’s soft but hasn’t really ate in two days which has really got me worried

He hasn't ate anything at all for two days? Is that normal for him? What did he last eat.
When is the last time he poo'd?

It’s not normal for him or her honestly he usually loves his food I mean he has been shedding also and today he did eat a little bit today I hand fed him meal worms he ate about six of them then he refused anymore and he hasn’t pooed in about two days also I just felt his neck it’s soft but it’s like I feel some sort of bone in their it’s weird he’s really sluggish and shedding I don’t know what I should do is it normal
