Rampagingraptor Sub-Adult Member Apr 19, 2016 #2 Yes, though it can also be a sign of something bad. Beardies will open their mouths to left off some heat, so if he is doing it under a basking lamp, he is essentially just panting like a dog. Or you could take a picture of it if its not quite that.
