Tail rot?

Hello! Is this tail rot? I can't really tell.

Note: The pattern on his tail has been a bit more dark then usual because I think it's going to shed soon.

Not tail rot, you'd see it clearly if it was as it would be shriveled, black, hard and just dead looking in general.

Most likely just how it is naturally or a tail nip from a clutch mate.
