I heard that all reptiles carry salmonella. If they do why do i see in some youtube videos people kissing their beardie?

Not all of them do, but they can carry it. It's important to keep them in sanitary conditions and avoid contact with poop. It's a good idea to wash your hands before and after handling a reptile as a preventative measure. I don't advocate kissing a reptile. Nose bumps maybe but not kissing one. That said, I haven't read about many salmonella outbreaks related to dragons so I think the risk is minimal if you take basic precautions regarding sanitation.

okay I don't mind settling for nose boops. I'll probably have tile for the flooring and when he/she poos I'll just pick up the tile and clean it.

That's what I do. The tile is really easy to clean. I spot clean it with vinegar/water and either spray it down with F10SC, steam clean it, or pop it in the oven on low and bake it for 45 min or so which sanitizes everything well.

A little guy may go a couple of times a day. An adult will go once a day or maybe once every few days. That varies depending on the individual and their diet. With little guys you just have to clean up after them but with adults it's easier to get them into a routine. I take my guy out in the morning at the same time. He gets basking time under his portable lamp, breakfast, then he poops on the linoleum floor which is easy to clean. Then he gets free to roam the house. He responds to that routine and it works out well. He never poops in his tank.

I never kiss my lizards, this doesn't stop them from kissing me though. All my beardies and skinks are very affectionate and love snuggles and often want to be as close to my face as possible (very very smoogy).

When very young , daily poos are to be expected.
Rex my 4 year old girl poos most days but can go 2 - 3 days between pooes
Peppa and Toothless my 10 month olds poo 3 - 4 times a week now (but can go a week occasionally between pooes , at this point I give them a small dose of olive oil (about 0.5ml) to get things moving).

Common sense hygene ( wash hands after handling and before you eat ) and you should be fine.
I use F10 Handwipes when I feel it's necessary.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
