Red lips but not lipstick like

Every thread seems to either say mouth rot or shedding might be the problem but it doesn’t look like either of those. Should I be concerned?

what fruits/vegetables are you feeding? that looks like raspberries/strawberries to me.

Nothing red for fruit a blueberry now and ten but I use green bell peppers the rest are leafy greens

Any red bell peppers ? It looks like a food stain to me as well - have you tried washing it off ?

I agree it just looks like a stain. It also looks like an oncoming face shed, so if it doesn't wash off, it's likely to go away when the shedding is done.
