Is it true that male and female can only house together during mating time?

What if you got them as babies and let them live together does that make a difference?

Ah, I wanted to buy a lil girl to join my boy. But I don't have room for another 4foot cage. I guess that options out the window, thanks for the fast reply tho

You are very welcome! If you look in one of the threads you will see what happens when you put a beardie in with another beardie! The results where not good at all. Glad you decided the right decision!
