Opinion please?

This is his setup. I couldn't find anything better to put the UVB light in, so I put some tin foil infront, hoping it'll reflect some rays down on him. Is this sufficient?

Looks like your bd can get within 4-8" of the UVB and the basking bulb. Have you measured temps yet ? How did you do it, and what were the temps ?

How old is your beardie and what kind of substrate is that?

The basking area on that log is right around 100 degrees. I used a digital thermometer to measure. I'm just afraid he won't get enough exposure to that UVB goodness. I don't know how old my dragon is, got him a week ago. It's outdoor carpet, the substrate. And it is infact a fluorescent Repti-Sun 10.0

That is how mine was set up. I have a similar light fixture. I hate it, but what can ya do.
