Looks like your bd can get within 4-8" of the UVB and the basking bulb. Have you measured temps yet ? How did you do it, and what were the temps ?

The basking area on that log is right around 100 degrees. I used a digital thermometer to measure. I'm just afraid he won't get enough exposure to that UVB goodness. I don't know how old my dragon is, got him a week ago. It's outdoor carpet, the substrate. And it is infact a fluorescent Repti-Sun 10.0

That is how mine was set up. I have a similar light fixture. I hate it, but what can ya do.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
