Normal wieght for bearded dragon

I have male beardie about 3 or 4 months old (pets store did not clarify) and 10 inches in length. He weighs 56.1 grams. Is that the normal wieght?

Just like people, weight and size varies. If you post a picture I (or someone else) can let you know whether he looks healthy.

Peppa was 60.6g @ 3 months and 119.5g @ 4 months.

Toothless was 51.1g @ 3 months and 91.1g @ 4 months.

Peppa and Toothless have had their own 100L rearing tubs virtually from the moment they were adopted.

Puff was 42.6g @ 3 months and 63g @ 4 months , wound up 630g full grown @ 2 yr old

Rex was 50.3g @ 3 months and 85g @ 4 months , wound up 637g full grown @ 2 yr old.

Rex and Puff lived in the same 100L rearing tub until about 5 - 6 months old .

This is Potato. We got him on December 17 he weighed 8 g. Most recently on February 28 he weighed 24 g. He grew from 5 to 8 inches. He was probably 1 to 2 months when I got him. I feel like he's small. Any input?

Tiny for his age.

Can you fill us in on his feeding schedule and what live bugs he's getting daily ?
His UV lamp %UVB rating , type (compact , T8 tube, T5 tube , MVB ? ) and it's wattage ?
How far from his basking spot is it ?
Is there anything between the UV source and the basking spot ?
Temperatures (basking spot, cool zone) ?
Lighting schedule (hours on per day ?)

Potato eats live crickets two - three times a day. I give him as much as he can eat in 10 minutes. Sometimes he eats more, sometimes less. I average around 20 to 30 a day . I also provide vegetables for him ; collard greens, yellow squash, butternut squash. He seems to only like the yellow squash. I've tried fruits but he doesn't seem to care for them. I just got a new UV lamp, Reptisun 10%. Prior to that it was an Exoterra UV bulb. Was on top of the screen but now his new one is directly in the tank. The basking lamp keeps it about 100°. He is about 8 inches from the lamp. The UV light was positioned about 10 inches away from the basking lamp, now I have it right next to the lamp. Daylight is between 12 to 14 hours a day. Like I said, I made changes to his lighting this past week. He ask well, is alert, and speedy when he runs after his crickets. This picture, sorry for it being sideways, is how I kept him in the tank the past few months. Like I said, I made changes now that I think are more appropriate.

Suggest you move the UV closer to his basking spot so there is some overlap with the light from the basking lamp (this way he'll get UV (A+B) while basking as well as heat).

Dial style analog thermometers are very very inaccurate, can be out by 25% !! best replaced with a digital thermometer with the probe at the end of long cable like http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/4x-LCD-Digital-Thermometer-for-Fridge-Freezer-Aquarium-FISH-TANK-Temperature-/301366689152?hash=item462adabd80:g , these little gadgets are darned good, accurate +/- 1 oC and the batteries last ages , I have a few in each of my lizard tanks so I can see temperatures at a glance.
