need help! may not be bad but, worried.

I have had my bearded dragon(Diego) for almost a year. He has been doing fine until lately. He has not been eating to well and not to active. I think he may be dehydrated. Please help

What exact type + brand of lights do you use ? How do you hydrate him ? It may actually just be the time of year....right now in the winter time a lot of dragons become lethargic and or actually go into brumation. Hopefully that's all it is or something that's easily fixed and Diego will be fine.

I can't get the picks here. Or find them in my profile. The kind of lights are a150w basking spot lamp and an house light build and a 50w basking lamp. It gets cold in the room he I'd in. About 75 to 85 during the day. .
