You could get the AcuRite brand that I detailed from Walmart for less money and you could get it much sooner if you have a Walmart near you. Accurate temps are critical, so the sooner you know the true temps, the better.

Yes, if you read about it, it mentions that it gives a humidity readout as well as giving both basking & cool side temps at the same time. The one at Walmart does the same things.

Good that you have the UVB and strip light ordered. Hope you didn't forget about getting a probe thermometer.
I was surprised to see a mister costing as much as $10 though as I have seen them much cheaper, dollar stores even have them.
You really might want to reconsider using sand as it is very dangerous, especially for a baby due to the risk of impaction. It can also breed bacteria due to it being impossible to clean up all the waste and liquid.
You had asked my opinions on things, so I wanted to be completely honest and mention these things to you.
