SO I just bought this light for basking since someone recommend it but it seems like it's not giving off heat what so ever so I was trying to find another brand of bulbs that actually give off heat for basking

That same light just not LED is good for basking. Does get pretty hot so keep an eye on your temps.

What is your distance between your light and your basking spot? That will help to find the correct lighting.
