I was wondering if this bulb 75W Equivalent Halogen PAR30L Floodlight Bulb would work in my Zoo med combo deep dome.

From what I read online about it, it's rated for up to 160watts each socket so you should be fine.

Ok, thank you! My Zoo Med spotlight went out today and they're kinda expensive so I wanted another option.

You could just use regular flood light bulbs too you don't have to stick with zoomed. But you would have to play the "getting the temps right" game.
