After my dragon pooped(a bit bloody) this came out for about 2 mins then went back in, is it a prolapse if so what could have caused it?

It appears to be prolapse this is caused by feeding feeders that are too large for your dragon or feeders that are too difficult to pass.
If he is suffering from prolapse you might want to consider removing any particulate substrates if any are in use and bathe in 93-96°F shoulder height water for 10-15 minutes adding sugar to the water can help relieve irritation.

What is the basking temperature?
What thermometer are you using to measure it?
What UV is in use?
How close can your dragon get to the UV?
What feeders are you feeding?
What size are the feeders being fed?

Hello,

Poor guy, please answer the questions above so we can review your tank setup with you.
That does look to be a partial prolapse, or the start of one. When they get irritated in that area, the swelling will make it harder for the area to go back in. I would feed soft foods for a few days to make sure that the feeders are not causing more problems for him.

How is he doing otherwise, is he acting normal?

@beardednoob her basking spot is around 103, I use a digi thermo with probe and an infrared gun, reptisun 10.0 tube, shes about 8- 10 inches from it, I feed hormworms medium and large, I assumed since there soft bodied she wouldn't have a problem with any size I give her, is this a wrong assumption ?
@tracy shes been acting a little weird the past 4-5 days, stays in the corner a lot and a bit lethargic, eating still but has slowed down some

Is she a he??

Hello,

Yes, it is very possible that she may be a male. That could be a hemepenal prolapse, or partial one.
How is he/she doing today, any improvements in behavior?

The soft bodied worms should not be a problem then, but sometimes if they are too large or they have too many in one sitting it might be hard to pass them all.
Are you using a bright white basking light next to the Reptisun 10 tube bulb? How often do you give calcium?

Yes I use a 100 watt household bulb, and I dust with calcium 1 feeding per day for 5 days and herptivite the other 2 days, she actually improved a lot since yesterday she's active and alert, I let her out in the living room she was walking around, exploring she seems a lot better than yesterday,do you think a vet visit is needed? Also can females have a prolapse? I'v had her to the vet a couple times and was told she is a female,
and the breeder supposedly sold me a female.

Hello,

Yes, females can prolapse also. Females can prolapse when laying eggs.
Usually prolapses are due to heavy parasite or worms, hypocalcemia, problems with possible impaction.
How is your dragon doing this evening?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
