Thank you for noticING and actually answering my question in another post about his weight! He's been eating on and off sense I got him Saturday, he's been pooping normally as well. Active as well. The breeder I bought him from said he had been abused by a previous owner.AHBD":20liw0eu said:Yes he is a leatherback. He's a bit thin but not terribly so. Does he have a good appetite ?

Thank you! And ya it sucks...poor guy has trouble sleeping by himself, I literally have to let him fall asleep on me near his bed time so he can sleep the whole night ?Drache613":31eeenes said:Hello,
That is too bad he was abused, how sad!
He is definitely a leatherback & he has great colors, too. I hope he does well for you.

Definitely it's amazing how trusting he is though, guessing the person I bought him from did all the hard work now I just have to keep it up!AHBD":h00jlk27 said:With love and proper care he should soon settle in and develop his own little dragon personality.
No idea. I was taken back by it to when I picked him up from the first time lol. Seems normal though.Karenxx67":1ys5l8lo said:Wow are their nails usually that long?
Hes gorgeous btw x
They can be clipped, but just like dog nails only a small part can be clipped off, idk if it's recommend but I think it's mostly to lessen scratches on the owner/tank glass/couches/bedsKarenxx67":3j7788tb said:Thanks. Wasnt sure if they should be clipped or not? Do ppl recommend nail clipping?
