60w ceramic 24 hours a day
Cool side 50 W 12hrs

Setup looks good! What are you reading for temperatures around the tank? Which kind of UVB light do you have in place? You can leave the UVB and basking lights on 12hr but if the tank temps stay above about 65 overnight you can turn the CHE off too.

Don't know yet the tank lights just went off-- If I leave the Che off should I leave the 50 w on all night

No, you don't want any visible light at night. If you need additional heat overnight, use the CHE.
