How to clean?

My dragon has a dent on the tip of his mouth and it’s been collecting what I assume is dirt. I’ve been trying to clean it whenever he bathes but have turned up empty handed. Any good way to clean this?

You could try dabbing it with a wet q-tip or cotton swab

You can use watered down betadine-

I've never used it but seen raw honey recommended for cuts and such.

As long as you're able to get it clean first a dab might help keep it sealed from getting more debris in and is supposed to be mildly antiseptic.

If it looks like it's starting to get swollen/infected though it may end up requiring an antibiotic

Yes, raw unpasteurized or manuka honey either one are very effective for helping clear up mouth
infections. It is all natural, safe & tastes good for them.

You could use a colloidal silver spray as well. I would do that in the morning;
& then I would apply manuka honey at bedtime
